We will endevour to dispatch your goods the same day we receive your order. Some times this is not possible and the order will be sent the next working day. Please select the appropriate shipping method in the checkout area. All international orders are subject to additional freight charges. We would like to assure you of the quality of our products and advise that it is unlikely that you will have to return goods because of some fault in manufacture. We do concede that on the odd occasion a problem may be found in the manufacturing process. If any such problem is found we will replace the item including shipment costs or we will give you a full refund. It is your responsibility to make sure the goods are returned in good order and are packaged adequately. EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange an item you may do so within the first 30 days of your original order. (you can not exchange goods for a different type of product) When returning goods, for your and our protection..... you must return them by a traceable courier service. It is your responsibility to make sure the goods are returned in good order and are packaged adequately. All returned items.... must be in the same unused condition in the original packaging and complete with all original documentation. For items being exchanged for greater or lesser value we will deduct from your credit card the difference or issue you with a credit. If applicable another courier fee will be charged against your credit card when sending out the replacement item.

RETURNING GOODS FOR A REFUND

If you want a refund on your purchased item you must do so within the first 30 days of your original order. You can return goods for a refund less a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price. All returned items.... must be in the same unused condition in the original packaging and complete with all original documentation. Email: admin@predatorriflescopes.com ....We will then reply to your email address and issue you with a return goods approval number. Without this number you will not be entitled to an Exchange or Refund.
